Way more energy and I am sleeping more deeply at night.
Feeling honestly great. First time I didn’t binge myself at a holiday and then go super caloric deficit after the fact.
I feel my relationship with food has been a better balance of making simple foods a priority. I can feel my body needing and desiring more “whole” foods.
I learned that eating a healthy balanced meal takes thoughtfulness and planning. I actually crave protein and veggies, now.
Weighing my food really helps see how much I’m actually eating and has helped me be aware of what I’m putting into my body.
I have gotten several pre pregnancy jeans buttoned without feeling terribly tight. I am committed to staying on track and being consistent.
I do not feel restricted. I am enjoying what I want while still staying within my goals and staying on track with real food.
How to find balance. It’s not an all or nothing but more about balance.
